Environmental Detoxing with Simple Herbs
We are all affected by our environments and absorb them to a certain point. And there are many pollutants and chemicals we are exposed to every day. They are on most manufactured items; in our air and soil, foods and clothes and the homes we live in. Toxins and chemicals build up in us over time.
This is not intended to promote fear. Rather to be aware and take action in cleansing your internal and external systems once in a while. Recommended at least a couple times a year.
Here are herbs for simple teas that are known to help with cleansing specific chemicals out of our body systems. I referenced these from the book Medical Medium by Anthony William.

Sage (culinary) has also been used for medicine for centuries. Old herbalists found sage helpful for grieving patients, strengthening them mentally and physically. Sage has drying properties and can help with throat inflammations, mucus discharge and in fighting cold and flu germs and staph infections. It is also good for digestion. It is a powerful tonic that has antiseptic, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Sage has a reputation for restoring failing memory in the elderly. Old herbals believed it prolonged life. It is known to check sweats. It is used to dry up milk when nursing moms are ready to wean.
How does Yucca Help?
High blood pressure and hypertension are almost always improved by movement and exercise. Deep breaths and good oxygen outdoors does wonders.
